Is the mic jack input also stereo or only mono ? With the Icy model it is only mono. But I have a stereo mic jack on the microphone for Internet radio.

In my software, only one channel is displayed. Therefore, I assume that it is only mono.

Can I use this sound card to connect external sound sources (e.g. a DJ set) to the laptop via audio cable and record music using Audacity, for example?

I use the sound card for Traktor DJ as an additional output source, but I was able to connect an external sound source and record the music via Audacity without any problems.

Is this sound card good enough for the MMX300 headset?

"Good enough" is a little hard to grasp ;-) However, I doubt that a 300.- headset with a 19.- sound "card" is a good combination. It just depends, for gaming it will certainly be enough. If you like listening to music, there are certainly better options.
