Answer according to Digitec support: "The difference between EU and CH model is that the EU version is imported and you might have to miss out on certain features. The features would be Samsung Pay, Wifi Calling and VoLTE."
Thank you very much for letting us know. We will be happy to pass this on internally to the relevant department and hope that this will be checked promptly.

The smartphone "Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro EE Enterprise Edition" is offered as new in the specified sources. The prices and delivery options indicate that these are new devices sold by authorised dealers and online retailers.
Automatically generated from the .Unfortunately not, only the xcover 7 is, Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wI3d6VC_vos You can however buy a physical eSIM, from esim.me
You can activate wifi calls in the phone app. maybe that helps.
No, unfortunately not.
I purchased this device while they still had new devices in stock. I would assume the Showroom model it slightly used but would be like new, so in a factory box but opened. Mine was new and sealed however. These are unlocked devices so can be used with any SIM card. So any GSM provider in the US should work with as well. On a side note, if you travel a lot best plan I've seen if the World plan with Sunrise that will give you unlimited coverage in CH, EU and US (I have this plan).

Both are SIM lock free. I can't recall the difference with EU version, I think it was something minor, but to be on the safe side try to just get the regular EE version.
Read the description. Quote: "Certified to IP68 and US military standard MIL-STD-810H, it can withstand harsh conditions...etc."
The guarantee is 36 months for the "CH version" and 24 months for the EU version.
The unit supports Visual Voicemail.
Unfortunately, we do not have these batteries in our range.
