No, you would need a second connection on the PC or notebook.
Digitec Galaxus has daily prices for all items! You order something on Thursday and it is delivered by the post office on Friday afternoon and on Saturday morning at 08:00 the same item costs CHF 148.- less :/

We are not using PIP, but we often use the monitor to put side-by-side 2 window's application on the same PC. With Windows 10 this is very easy, just select and slide the window left or right. Is quite better than working with two screens.
The PIP funcion usualy can be used with 2 separate input (i.e. 2 CP's).
We have at the moments 3 of these monitor and the feedback is positive.
I have two 34", 3440 x 1440 curved monitors and would think I would be just as happy without the curve.

If the appropriate output is available on the MacBook, this is possible. An adapter is usually necessary with the new models

I bought the Samsung 2 months ago, and I am satisfied with it. I use it for office work and also for gaming (COD, PUBG). I got it at Digitec for CHF 379, which is a very good value for money. The WQHD resolution is bigger than the LG. I have a RX 5700 xt and it runs very well! I can only recommend it.

I have also only connected my monitor to an HDMI, but I had to replace the graphics card because my old one did not match the resolution of the screen. So the connection probably works, but whether the monitor can be fully used depends on the resolution of the graphics card.

Yes, that's no problem, this resolution is supported via DisplayPort 1.4 as well as HDMI 2.0, but I wouldn't buy this screen at all, because the notebook can also support the much better resolution 3840 x 2160 (UHD 4K), which brings more resolution not only in width but also in height. These monitors have the 4K UHD resolution and are better suited for screen work:

Hello - Unfortunately, this is not possible - neither does the monitor have USB ports according to the description, nor can USB ports be "conjured" via Displayport or HDMI - there are no adapters for this. You would therefore have to stick a USB hub to the back of the monitor and connect it to your computer via USB.

I haven't used it on a Mac yet, but I had a similar problem on a PC. By changing the cable with higher frequency support, it worked. (Displayport)
