I agree with this opinion 100%, something like this is absolutely not acceptable, you can't manufacture such products and then talk about normal wear and tear when a folding display is defective. Something like this either has to last for years or it shouldn't be made in the first place. I would also report the case directly to Samsung. I think they should at least replace it as a gesture of goodwill to preserve their good reputation. And if that happens, sell it as new immediately. The only products that can be folded without hesitation are probably still Swiss Army knives.

Unfortunately, we can't say anything about this because the device will not be released until next week. Whether we can cover all orders and whether there will even be additional copies for normal sales, we will only know as soon as we have the goods in stock. We give Samsung the pre-sale figures every day so that we can serve as many customers as possible, but we can't guarantee it.

The ZFlip has an extended warranty from Samsung - they should actually take it under warranty.
