Question about Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G

I'm currently looking at the bands used for 5G. As far as I know, Swisscom uses n1 and n78 (possibly n71 & n41). I can't find any reliable specifications on the net, but as far as I can tell, this device only supports band n41 (and other bands that are apparently not used in Switzerland). Now the question to you: Can this device be reliably operated with 5G in Switzerland or only "chopped"? Does anyone here know more?
