Samsung decides which retailers take part in which promotion, unfortunately we are not included in this one, just like other major suppliers in Switzerland.
I think it has something to do with the fact that there are different versions or European versions of the bios, but I'm not sure, as a user you don't notice anything.
Hello,
This is a brand new product. You will find all the Samsung second-hand offers that we currently have in the range via the following link: https://www.digitec.ch/fr...
This basically means the following... If you buy the S24 Ultra directly from Digitec, you have no restrictions at all. If it's another retailer, you may get an EU device. As far as I know, Samsung Pay should still work, but it's just not 100% guaranteed. But as mentioned, if you buy this device from Digitec itself, you have no restrictions anywhere and you don't need to worry at all.
You should definitely have a Google account. But a Samsung account is not mandatory. The Samsung account is useful for backing up mobile phone data when you switch to another Samsung. Data and settings are transferred 1 to 1. If you have a Sony mobile phone, for example, can you also have a Samsung account? Or can you only use Google.
Honestly, I find it quite reliable, maybe not as reliable as its competitors, but I feel good about it, and I often use my fingerprint instead of unlocking with my face.
Slight signs of use mean that the product is not damaged and has been removed from its original packaging. These products have been in use for a maximum of 30 days and show no technical defects.
