I have never heard that this problem is widespread. I can't confirm that for me either.
Hey, I ordered it for my girlfriend. I'm not 100% sure but I think I saw the Knox Secure Folder when I put it on. Hope this helps. LG

With the S22 Ultra, you first have to log in to the Samsung Members App with a Samsung account, where you will receive an email from Samsung asking whether you meet the requirements. Only then will Samsung send you the Buds.
