Only the 128 GB Version has 8GB Ram, others with 256GB or 512GB has 12GB Ram

Both, 256GB and 512GB have 12GB RAM according the Samsung Webpage

It's not what I read... On Samsung Switzerland website, the 256GB has only 8GB RAM... But on Digitec it has 12GB...
