Yes, it works very well... I just tried it.
Not so with me. This morning 06:30 from sockets, Digitec app in use ,facebookcheck, email check, instagram check and it was -15% of battery gone. Now is 09:05h
This must be the PIN code of the SIM card. Contact your mobile operator for more information.
Hello, your Lumia 950 should probably have Windows Phone (10), the Note 8 probably has Android 8 as OS. Regardless of this, "Samsung Switch" should help you, which transfers calendars and contacts from the Lumia to the Note, see https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-smart-switch-transfer-data-windows-phone-galaxy-device/. I wish you a smooth transfer :-)
No unfortunately not, it's one sim card and one SD or two sim cards.

This has never happened to me before!? (I use the Nova Launcher instead of Samsung TouchWiz)
Why should it be heavily reduced?
Hello, No, I have not noticed any untimely drop in brightness on my Note 8 (same model). The ambient light sensor is quite sensitive and adapts the screen brightness constantly with a latency of about 1 second. On this subject I had a protective glass which, although apparently perfectly transparent, hindered the measurement and often left the screen too dark. I removed it and the problem disappeared.
Unfortunately nothing available yet. As soon as we know more, we will record it.
The Samsung Duos are not intended for Europe they are imported but there are already Dual Sim phones like the Huawei or Wiko.
Yes it is. If I remember correctly, it is supposed to be waterproof up to 1m and 30min, even without a pen. But I haven't tried it out (yet) :)
Hello. Exactly, that's how it is. Has a so-called hybrid slot, i.e. Sim 1 + Hybrid (Sim or MicroSD).
Yes, the device has a so-called hybrid slot, i.e. you can insert a microSD card (max 256 GB) or a second nano-SIM card. Unfortunately not both together
What did you do in the 2 hours? If you played games, 15% in 2 hours is OK. If it was just idling and 15% is gone, I would check the background activities to see if anything is draining the battery.
I have now also bought the device, but at Interdiscount with a 10% voucher at a slightly lower price! BUT: Joy reigns, WIFI Calling also works at Swisscom!!! That's really cool, because I had bad mobile reception in my flat and was already using WIFI calling with my iPhone! All in all, it's a really great device, wow!!!
Of course.
Hello, just type the IMEI number on this site https://promotionsites.ixolit.com/de/preview/samsung-ch-preorder ( more info at the bottom of this page https://www.digitec.ch/fr/page/do-bigger-things-samsung-galaxy-note8-5325 )
open the phone app, dial *#06#
Yes, the Galaxy Note 8 has an Edge display.
It may be best if you ask these questions to customer service. I don't think anyone in the community can give you the right information. See also https://www.digitec.ch/fr/Wiki/4490
Not at the moment.
The manufacturer "Spigen" has various cases and foils for the Note 8 that are 100% compatible with each other. You should be able to buy them via Amazon. https://www.spigen.com/collections/galaxy-note-8
This is certainly not a direct answer to your question, but I would like to point out that you may have any portable electronic devices covered by your existing household insurance or you could take out the necessary add-on. In my opinion, a time-limited insurance for individual devices is less practical than a more general solution. By the way, I only mention the possibility because I had unnecessarily insured my Note 3 twice at the time.
