We always try to keep to the stated time. However, if the unit is ordered with a subscription and complications arise, there may of course be a delay in the delivery date.
No, the Note 9 is Samsung's flagship for 2018. Everything is better in the Note, except perhaps the multitude of cameras. Processor is a lot faster in the Note, better display, larger Akki, sPen etc.
