Sales start on 16.11.2018. How reliable is this information? My wife's birthday is on 24.11., which means I need the part by 23.11. at the latest.

We always try to keep to the stated time. However, if the unit is ordered with a subscription and complications arise, there may of course be a delay in the delivery date.
