Hello, there are two pictures in this article, but in one there are 4 trays, in the other one only two... I would like to know what will I buy if I order this article; it's not explained in the description

Hi, is the machine supplied as pictured? We are looking for a new printer for A3 with its own drawer lots of sheets same for A4 with its own tray. Duplex scan / print and a base cabinet on castors. What is the difference between this machine and the RICOH IMC2010A? We have currently been using a KM bizhub C224e for 9 years and are looking for an alternative with the features mentioned above. Thank you

According to my research, the difference lies in the document feeder: RICOH IM C2010: This model is equipped with an Automatic Reversing Document Feeder (ARDF) that can hold up to 100 sheets. RICOH IM C2010A: This model has a Single Pass Duplex Feeder (SPDF) with a capacity of up to 220 sheets, which allows both sides of a document to be scanned at the same time, making it more efficient.
