Hello all I got the razor kraken kitty headset and now noticed that it doesn't work on the xbox series x via usb and via a 3.5mm kline to usb adapter connected directly to the conroller. Does anyone have a solution? Or do I have to change the headset?

Yes, you can connect the USB headset to the Xbox Series One by plugging it into the Xbox USB A port.

Works perfectly. My daughter (13y) has fun with it. However, the Razor software is necessary for it to work properly.

Very disappointing, I don't think the headset is compatible with the Xbox. I bought it and couldn't connect it to the Xbox.
