Question about Razer Kraken Kitty

Hello all I got the razor kraken kitty headset and now noticed that it doesn't work on the xbox series x via usb and via a 3.5mm kline to usb adapter connected directly to the conroller. Does anyone have a solution? Or do I have to change the headset?
