Yes and no. There is a stripped-down THX Spital Audio for the Racer headphones. This must be installed together with Racer Synapse. Then you can set it as the default audio device in the Windows sound settings. However, I did not like the result. It was better for me to uninstall both again and use DTS Headphone:X instead (Dolby Atmos Headphone also works). Due to the large 50mm driver of the headphones, it worked very well with the approach. So the headphones themselves are very good, but the software that comes with them is not. Therefore yes and no. If you want a good hospital sound, you can hardly get around DTS Headphone:X as an additional output.
