Does the 7.5m version do 1440p at 165Hz?

No, unfortunately anything higher than 85Hz did not work for me. The screen remained black in each case. I think the cable meets the DP 1.1 specifications with 10.8Gbps. This one, on the other hand, worked: Lindy DP-DP M-M (7.50m, Midrange)

Hello everyone, is a transmission of 4K in 120 Hz possible with the 3 metre cable?

Unfortunately, the cable only supports 60hz at 4k.

Has anyone bought the 20m version and can say whether 60Hz is possible over this distance?

According to the manufacturer, 4k/60hz is only supported up to 3 metres. I am not currently aware of any cable that transmits 4k/60hz over 20 metres, so you will probably need a repeater for such a length.
