The Philips Airfryer XXL Connected (HD9880/90) can be used without the app. It is not absolutely necessary to use the app to control the appliance. - The appliance has a digital interface with buttons, dials and a touchscreen that allow all settings and programmes to be made directly on the appliance. - The Auto-Cook programmes and Rapid CombiAir Technology can be selected and controlled directly on the appliance without the need to connect to the app. However, the app offers additional functions such as remote control, access to additional recipes and the ability to make settings via smartphone or tablet, which can make it even more convenient to use.

Yes, with this current price, which may well change again, we are currently rather at a higher level. In general, we always try to offer a price in line with the market, but that is not always possible. Especially when you want to compare prices with other countries. Factors that influence this can be different conditions, for example.

I'm not the absolute electrical hero, but P= UxI -> 2200w / 230V= 9.5A you'd better buy a few fuses. 10Amps are certainly better. But if you don't need the maximum temperature, 6 A could be enough.

Here are the key differences between the Philips Airfryer XXL Connected models HD9876/91 and HD9880/90: ## Thermometer - The HD9880/90 comes with a food thermometer, which allows you to measure the core temperature of meat, fish, or cakes, ensuring perfect cooking results. The HD9876/91 does not include this feature. ## Menu Navigation and Display - The HD9880/90 has a more modern menu navigation system on its display. This model features a more user-friendly interface and additional settings such as favourites, cooking history, and various preparation methods for different ingredients. ## Combi Air Flow - The HD9880/90 is part of the Combi XXL series, which includes the Combi Air Flow feature. This allows for reduced airflow circulation by 50%, useful for gentle cooking, reheating, or slow cooking delicate ingredients. ## Price and Age - While the HD9880/90 might be considered older, it is currently priced lower than the HD9876/91. However, the exact pricing can vary based on the region and retailer. ## Additional Features - The HD9880/90 has a higher wattage of 2,200 Watts, which enables rapid heating and consistent temperature maintenance. It also features a timer that can be set up to 3 hours, which is a unique feature compared to many other air fryers limited to 60 minutes. In summary, the HD9880/90 offers a food thermometer, a more modern and user-friendly display interface, the Combi Air Flow feature, and potentially better value for money despite being an older model.

The main difference between the two models is that the HD9880/91 has an integrated scale. This scale allows you to put the ingredients directly into the Airfryer and monitor the weight while you cook. This is helpful to ensure that you use the right amount of ingredients and that your food does not become too dry. The HD9880/91 also has a newer version of the Philips app. This app offers you additional functions and recipes that are not available with the HD9880/90. The remaining specifications of the two models are identical. Both models have a capacity of 1.4 kg, a power of 2225 watts and a temperature control of 80 to 200 degrees Celsius. Both models also have the same functions, such as a timer, overheating protection and automatic switch-off. If you want the integrated scale and the newer app of the HD9880/91, this is the better model. However, if you can do without these functions, the HD9880/90 is a good choice and is usually cheaper. Here is a table summarising the main differences between the two models: Feature HD9880/90 HD9880/91 Integrated scale: No Yes Philips App: Old version New version The price Usually cheaper Usually more expensive

Yes, the appliance can be set up in Danish. But the mobile recipe/control app I downloaded from Google Play looks like a Swiss version and only contains German, French and English.

Hello, so it was included with me. However, this is stated in the product description under Scope of delivery. If there is nothing there, then you have selected the wrong model. It is available with and without a thermometer (it is cheaper without). No extra accessories were included
