By any chance, does it also fit the Rollei C6i and/or the Joby Gorillapod 5K?

Yes, as far as the Rollei C6i is concerned. I use it on my Sony A7 with my Rollei C6i. I can't say anything about the Gorillapod. Peak Design says that the Standard Plate works with most ARCASWISS-compatible tripods (which is certainly the case with the Rollei tripod).

I have just received the JJC Quick Release Plate CP6. With a size of 43 x 43 mm, they just don't fit on my tripod. I need 40 x 40 mm. Can anyone tell me if this plate here (Peak Design PL-S-3) is 40 x 40 mm? Or which of the other plates has this dimension? Unfortunately, this (essential) size information is not on the plates offered here. Thank you

The Peak Design plate is Arca Swiss compatible. It therefore fits on corresponding tripods.
