This is all integrated into the same stand and should be included with the 50" and 58" models. Do you have the 65" model? If so, this function is not available there. See also the instructions starting on page 8: https://cdn.migros.ch/mservice-d...

Please check the connections and the settings of the units. If everything is correct, please contact the manufacturer's support.
You could probably buy a separate Bluetooth module, which you could then plug into the 3.5 mm audio port. If the Bluetooth module is small enough, which shouldn't be a problem to find these days, you could tape it to the back of the TV or otherwise attach it...so you don't see any cables.
The TX-50DXW784 is last year's model of this one. I don't think the panel is identical. The differences are quite big for that. I don't think that the hardware alone is responsible for the better picture quality. I would ask the manufacturer directly.
