Hi everyone, I have 4 bulbs on one lamp and was initially able to control all of them at the same time. Now, after about 1 year, none of the bulbs react any more. I have tried all four remote controls and also inserted new batteries. There no longer seems to be a connection from the remote control to the bulbs. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Same issue. Just bad design or wiring. I do not recommend there bulbs.

My flatmate has the same product and my remote control has paired with his bulb and no longer works on my bulb. Is there anything I can do to pair the remote control with my bulb again?

One controller is enough. These controllers in card format are almost all identical, the Led background lighting from the TV (paulmann) also responds to it, or vice versa, when I switch it on I have to make sure that the Osram bulb is in the blind spot, otherwise it also lights up. The sensor angle of the bulb is relatively large (360°) and has to be. Hope I could help, knock yourself out.

Lol the remote control does not need to be paired, it works via infrared and should work normally after replacing the battery. Otherwise, check if you got the wrong battery.
