Question about Osram Star+ Remote Control Rgbw

My flatmate has the same product and my remote control has paired with his bulb and no longer works on my bulb. Is there anything I can do to pair the remote control with my bulb again?

I have exactly the same problem!!! But with my second lamp which also has such a bulb plus remote control. Now both FBs work with one lamp, but none with the other🤣😭
