Hello personally it's been 2 months since according to Swisscom I no longer have access I'm actually still able to access it.

According to the information I found on Oppo.com for the Reno13 under Specs, the Reno13 is eSIM capable.

The frequency bands are slightly different depending on the version. Unfortunately I can't find any further direct information on the bands, but all of them should work in the DACH area including 5G.
