Questions about OPPO Find X3 Neo

I wanted to update my mother's device, it still has ColorOS11 on it (2021). Does anyone know if and how I can update the OS? In the settings, I can't trigger an update in the usual Android places, and the device also says that no updates are available for Play Store updates and Android security updates (also status 2021). What is meant by: "This smartphone has not been approved/tested for the Sunrise 5G network. As a result, we cannot guarantee 5G functionality for digitec connect and other providers using the Sunrise network with this device." I am with Sunrise. Can I now use the device for 5G or does this not help me at all? Can someone please explain this to me? Hi According to the OPPO website, this device supports 802.11ax and 802.11ac. According to the Digitec specification, however, it only supports 802.11n. Is this also an error (Bluetooth) or is this correct according to Digitec's specifications? Greetings

Hello, the manufacturer advertises Bluetooth version 5.2 for the X3 neo, but here at Digitec I only see version 5.1. what is correct now? Thx!
