Probably not much in terms of performance. The brands use the same basic structure. We would therefore say that only the brand and slight visual features differ.
How much it costs depends on the supplier. According to the description, a "5.2 Ah, 36 V LG lithium battery" is needed. Unfortunately, I could not find this in the current Galaxus range.
However, you could contact customer support and ask if they could include it in their range.
I would pay attention to the maximum load (120 kg) (bicycle weight + own weight + basket etc.) and - if at all - use a relatively light bicycle trailer.
Unfortunately, there is no official information on what type of bicycle trailer is recommended. However, most bicycle manufacturers recommend staying under 40 kg when it comes to the weight of a bike trailer. However, I have not found any exact recommendations for this model. :-(
If you would like more detailed advice, you can contact Galaxus customer support.
According to an answer to another question, yes. There would be 3 driving modes (+ driving without pedal assistance) that can be set electronically.
It's funny that this thing is the No.1 bestseller among e-bikes and no one who has bought the ORA can give their opinion. 💩
Everyone must be having so much fun with it on the road that they don't even look at their email and this website anymore 😂
The e-bike is supplied with a charger, which is included in the scope of delivery. It is a suitable charger for the integrated 5.2 Ah lithium battery of the e-folding bike with 250 W motor power.
Hi Sleepwalker
The battery type is a lithium battery GNS6 - and currently I have not found it at Galaxus. It's on sale at Alibaba for around $125. Just give it a try. It would be nice if Galaxus would realise that it would be good to include such spare parts for e-bikes supplied by them in their range. So what is not yet can still be....
Best regards
I know. I had the same problem.
Then I found the original manufacturers from Ocean Drive.
Under One bot, that's the company, you can order everything you need. But since it comes from China, you have to be patient for at least two weeks, even if it says: Available in 2 to 3 days.
I hope I have helped you anyway, for more spare parts in the future.
Roland Leiser, Interbike Shop Bireggstrasse 35 Lucerne. I always bring him my bike. We also went out together to find out where he can get spare parts.
Most bike mechanics don't know that.
I am super happy with Roland. He's a great bike mechanic and does great work.
