If I get the e-bike by mail order and the e-bike does not fit me at all e.g. too big or too uncomfortable etc.... Question: Can I return the e-bike by post (free of charge)? Or do I have to pay for the shipping at my own expense?
The return costs are borne by the customer and you have to reckon with a discount of 10%.
