With the crank you can quickly get some emergency power (e.g. a few minutes of radio or light), but for a full battery charge you practically always use USB-C or the solar panel, as cranking would otherwise take a very long time.
The battery is not mentioned as removable or replaceable in the information available. The specification indicates a built-in 4500 mAh lithium-ion battery, but no mention of an accessible compartment or replacement procedure appears in the official resources consulted. For definitive confirmation, I recommend consulting the user manual or contacting the manufacturer directly via the contact details provided.
I would be careful with the way the device looks. There is no mention of splash water protection.
A few drops certainly don't matter, but I would avoid leaving it out in the rain.
