Have you tried resetting the mobile to factory settings and then reinstalling it? Then it has to do a new system update and who knows if it will work then... However: I bought the same Nokia G60 5G a few weeks ago - after the first start it started the system update and it took a whole 10 hours (!). At least it worked then.
