In January 2023, my wife and I bought two Nokia G60 5Gs. We were both very happy with them. Until the September security update. This cannot be installed. We've tried everything on the internet. No success. There is a "customer support" section on the Nokia homepage. Chat is unavailable and sending a message by email is always acknowledged with an error message. Does anyone have any ideas? I have found the problem x times on the net. Unfortunately never with a useful solution.
Have you tried resetting the mobile to factory settings and then reinstalling it? Then it has to do a new system update and who knows if it will work then...
However: I bought the same Nokia G60 5G a few weeks ago - after the first start it started the system update and it took a whole 10 hours (!). At least it worked then.
Addendum
I had the same problem. Nokia support told me four times that they were working on it and would solve it. In consultation with digitec, I solved it by buying a new mobile and then sending the first one to digitec for repair under warranty. I then sell this first mobile on the digitec platform.

Now I buy a new mobile and give the Nokia G60 to digitec as warranty work.
So do j. Same experience, but Nokia has confirmed that they will solve the problem.
