My Nokia 7.2 charges from about 16% to 8% to 100% during about 1.5 to 2 hours. 80% is usually reached well under 1 hour. Whether this corresponds to a fast or a slow charge, I cannot judge.

Is your desired network fizz in Canada? If yes, only very limited. This model is the "Rest of World" model ("ROW") which supports 850 MHz but not 1900. It also does not support AWS / dual-frequency. See also https://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_7_2-...
Unfortunately, North American GSM networks have significantly different requirements and few devices support both worlds. GSM Arena is often a good source for frequency details.
