Just normal zelda watch any gameplay you will have the same either german or english subs because zelda and link don’t talk

The only difference between the French one and the German one is only the text on the box. I mean the text will be German but when you insert the game into your Switch you can chose your language in game. So if the German one is cheaper then go for it!
