Why is this game from 6 years and the other one from me exactly the same game from 7 years. What is the difference here.

This is the DE version, where the USK is binding and its rating step is 6, 12, 16 and from 18 years. In the CH version, the European PEGI recommendation applies, but its rating is 3 years, 7, 12, 16 and 18+.
