Is the game included as a "cardridge" or is "only" a download code for Mario Kart 8 in the bundle?

Do I understand correctly that you can play locally on one (!) Switch with up to 4 players? Or does each player need their own Switch and you just connect "locally"?

It basically depends on the game, but with Mario Kart you can play four locally with a Switch.

Can the game (Mario Kart) also be played in English or only in German? Is the Breath of the Wild Bundle also in German (I would rather have the English version)?

The games are always multilingual. In some games, the language can be set in the game itself; in others, the console itself must be set to the desired language in the system settings. English, German, French, Italian and Spanish are practically always included, as is the case with this game and Zelda.

With other online retailers, they say that you can only process warranty services via Nintendo itself. What is the situation here if I buy a warranty upgrade and then have a warranty claim?

If you buy a warranty upgrade, everything is on the PDF you will receive. Or even if you enter a warranty claim via the customer account, the exact steps are listed.

Is it worth waiting for the bundle (I ordered the bundle with the black controller)? The delivery date is unknown and I guess Digitec will keep it that way for a while.

Not only at Digitec. Everywhere is waiting at the moment. If you cancel your order, you may end up waiting even longer.

I have already waited 11 days why the heck It is again 9 to 11 days to wait??? when my order will be delivered or is it just fake???? I expected the stock will be ready after 11 days waiting it was 1day to wait and now it is again 9 to 11 days waiting it is infinite waiting or what??? There is nothing how much my delivery is procedeeded just tell me how long I have to wait before I cancel it is just so long wait without notifying me
