Is it worth waiting for the bundle (I ordered the bundle with the black controller)? The delivery date is unknown and I guess Digitec will keep it that way for a while.

Not only at Digitec. Everywhere is waiting at the moment. If you cancel your order, you may end up waiting even longer.
