Questions about Nintendo Joy-Con Set Blue/Red

Are these Joy Cons revised, i.e. the 2019 revision, or are they still the old version?

Dear Digitec I was wondering about the price, because it's still the same as X years ago. And now I see that the controllers are cheaper at the competition and that without a promotion from them? I've never seen that before, that the competitor is cheaper than you. You must have done something wrong in your shopping ;)

Do they have the joycons drift issue or is it fixed on this version?

The pictures of the red/blue controllers are contradictory. In the first picture the left controller is red, the right one is blue (that's what I want). in the other pictures it's sometimes like this, then the other way round. which ones are really inside?

Are these JoyCons still available? The delivery time has been unknown for a while... Are they still being produced?

Are the controllers already charged on delivery, or do you have to charge them first?

Why is the Splatoon colour variant not offered for the joy-cons? It is offered for the pro controller.

When will these be available again? Is the left controller really red and the right one blue?
