Yes should be on the D90 - the D90 has a smaller sensor than full frame, so this lens is then equivalent to a 42-450mm lens due to the crop factor. But should otherwise work smoothly. Actually perfect to upgrade to a full frame camera later. It's a strong lens that covers a wide range and shoots very smoothly in low light thanks to the VR. Minor imperfections such as vignetting and slight distortion are automatically corrected by Lightroom, for example, and are therefore no longer a negative point these days.

Does this lens fit the D750?

Sure the lens fits the D750, I use it on a D700, which is the predecessor of the D750 and with a D200.

As long as the connection is the same or is supported by your camera, this is usually not a problem. The cropfactor simply has to be taken into account. PS: However, I would always check individually whether the desired lens with all its functions is compatible with your camera.
