Nanoleaf's "Smart LED Showcase Expo", with product code SQFX01E00-1WT, is designed to be used as part of a larger system and does not operate independently without the other system components. For the LED Showcase to light up, it must be connected to an existing Nanoleaf system that includes a power supply and central controller, as it does not have an integrated on/off button. Simply adding a power supply will not be enough to make it work independently of the other components of the Nanoleaf system.

I looked on the manufacturer's website and unfortunately there is no upright version of this display case.

This item is the extension kit including power supply unit and installation material. The other kit is the starter kit.
