I bought the one for 64.90 thinking that it was self-sufficient, but it comes without a power supply... So my question is this: If I buy a power supply, can the 64.90 box light up without the others (as there's no on/off button)?

Nanoleaf's "Smart LED Showcase Expo", with product code SQFX01E00-1WT, is designed to be used as part of a larger system and does not operate independently without the other system components.

For the LED Showcase to light up, it must be connected to an existing Nanoleaf system that includes a power supply and central controller, as it does not have an integrated on/off button. Simply adding a power supply will not be enough to make it work independently of the other components of the Nanoleaf system.
