When I bought it CA. A year ago it still had an older BIOS. So yes, you have to bottle it yourself. But it's quite simple.

If the budget is stricter: ASUS ROG Strix B650E-E Gaming WiFi: Cost-efficient and with Toslink. However, check whether the available PCIe lanes are sufficient for future expansions.
