I am going to build a new PC and am using the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-core processor.
However, the motherboard only supports this processor from BIOS version 7D70v1M.
Is this version (or newer) already installed or do I have to install this manual?

When I bought it CA. A year ago it still had an older BIOS. So yes, you have to bottle it yourself. But it's quite simple.
