We are very sorry for the mistake. This mobile phone has actually only 2GB RAM. Every customer that has been influenced by this wrong information can contact us through digitec@digitec.ch to resolve this problem.
i bought it about a year ago and yes, the battery is replaceable. i'm very happy with it.
Yes, the battery is replaceable on both. (From the manufacturer's point of view, it would make no sense to design it differently).

Both slots are actively available. You can therefore receive calls on both SIM cards but you cannot, for example, be connected to the Internet with both cards at the same time. You can define in the settings which card should be responsible for Internet access.
