Can I also write on the smart paper with a normal pen? E.g. work with a light pen and colours. (Without the colours being transferred digitally)

Yes, that's no problem - in principle it's normal paper! But nothing is transferred without the pen.

I ordered two of these notebooks... But now I see that there is a "1" emblazoned on the cover. What does the "1" stand for? Are there also "2" and "3"? Can I use both in parallel with the same SmartPen? Thank you for your feedback!

The 1 stands only for an article. In other words, it is only one notebook. Yes, two notebooks can be used in parallel with one pen.
