MioStar's 3.5 l hot air fryer can use aluminium trays to make gratins, as can other airfryers. Aluminium trays are generally compatible with this type of appliance, as they can withstand cooking at high temperatures and allow good circulation of hot air. However, make sure that the size of the trays is adapted to the 3.5 litre volume of the fryer to ensure even cooking.

Hi, I just bought this Mio Star and it is amazing. You can fry with or without oil as you like. I personally have always fried without (less mess). I can only recommend it and the price is right.

These are the automatic programmes French fries/chips, meat/poultry/fish (e.g. fish fingers), cake (baking), vegetables. However, everything can also be made with the appliance by manual selection.
