Please ask the customer service directly. The community cannot help. Nevertheless, I would like to mention a few keywords (or call them hashtags) here: Market; Economy, Cookies, Tracking, Airlines

In the case of returned products, the new sales price is created from the then current price. However, the prices of demo products are continuously lowered by our system.

Yes, the back gets very warm sometimes. It is also the "heat sink" for the CPU/GPU. For me, this happens especially when I watch full-screen video on the external screen (2540x1440 pixels). The CPU performance is then not very high, but the built-in GPU (graphics processor) is of course at full throttle. I can reassure you, this is normal. The waste heat has to go somewhere. Tip to make sure that everything is normal: The fan should also be clearly audible when the back is so warm. Otherwise, the fan could be defective.
