Does anyone else have the problem that the device gets extremely warm to very hot when it is charged and used at the same time? Is there a solution for this? Updates are up to date, CPU utilisation is around 20%. I measured maximum temperatures of up to almost 80 degrees. (back of the screen)

Helpful answer

Yes, the back gets very warm sometimes. It is also the "heat sink" for the CPU/GPU. For me, this happens especially when I watch full-screen video on the external screen (2540x1440 pixels). The CPU performance is then not very high, but the built-in GPU (graphics processor) is of course at full throttle. I can reassure you, this is normal. The waste heat has to go somewhere.
Tip to make sure that everything is normal: The fan should also be clearly audible when the back is so warm. Otherwise, the fan could be defective.
