So far I haven't had any battery problems. I only sometimes had the problem that I didn't switch the headphones off properly and the battery then went flat.
But even then I could use the headphones for several days.
How quickly does your battery run down then?

If you mean the black rubber tips, which are available in different sizes, then no. These headphones are as shown in the picture without rubber tips.
These headphones are without the rubber tips as you can see in the picture.
