I hope I was able to help a little.
The schedule is not stored on the mobile phone, but presumably on the device or in the cloud. I haven't tested whether it works when the Wi-Fi is switched off.
As long as the smartphone and the Smart-me (during installation) are in the same WLAN network and the WLAN is not restricted by a MAC address filter, it should actually work.
