Does anyone know why the Smart-me device is not connected to the device WLAN according to the instructions in the Smart-Me app? Does the SunriseBox and IP4 (with firewall) or IP6 play a role that the signal does not go through?

As long as the smartphone and the Smart-me (during installation) are in the same WLAN network and the WLAN is not restricted by a MAC address filter, it should actually work.
