The mouse also works with Windows 11. It can be connected to Windows laptops via Bluetooth, and alternatively a Logi Bolt receiver is available separately if you prefer a USB connection.

Yes, the Logitech MX Anywhere 3S works well with a MacBook via built-in Bluetooth. It provides a reliable connection and is specially optimised for macOS and iPadOS to ensure a seamless user experience.

There are two ways to connect the "MX Anywhere 3S for Mac" to a Mac, and a dongle is not mandatory, but optional. - You can connect the mouse directly via Bluetooth by opening the Bluetooth settings on your Mac and selecting the mouse as an available device. - Alternatively, you can also connect the mouse to the Logi Bolt USB receiver, if available. However, this receiver is not included in the scope of delivery.

The main difference between the "MX Anywhere 3S for Mac" and the other models in the MX Anywhere 3S series lies in the specific optimisation and compatibility for macOS and iPadOS. ## Optimisation for macOS and iPadOS - The "for Mac" model is specially optimised for macOS and iPadOS, with individual adjustments in the Logi Options+ app that have been developed specifically for these operating systems. ## Design and colours - It is available in colours such as space grey and light grey, which fit better into the Apple ecosystem. ## Multi-device connection - It can be easily paired and switched between up to three macOS and iPadOS devices via Bluetooth Low Energy, enabling a seamless working environment across multiple Apple devices. ## Software customisations - It offers pre-built app-specific customisations for various applications commonly used on Macs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and more, increasing productivity. ## General compatibility - Although the basic device features also work on other operating systems such as Windows, Linux and ChromeOS, the "for Mac" model offers deeper integration and better optimisation for the specific needs of Mac users. If you have a Mac, the specific optimisation and additional customisation options of the "MX Anywhere 3S for Mac" model could improve your work efficiency and experience.

The adapter would be one option. But the mouse can also be easily connected to the Mac Book Pro via Bluetooth.

In principle, yes. However, I have had bad experiences with it under Linux (Ubuntu 22.04 on a Lenovo Thinkpad T14). The mouse can be connected without any problems, but only works for a short time afterwards. Then the connection breaks off, although the device is still shown as connected. I don't know what exactly the problem is (I use the mouse with the Logitech dongle, which works without problems). There are a few bug reports on BlueZ and Logitech mice on GitHub, so it is quite possible that the problem does not occur in distros with more recent versions of BlueZ or the Linux kernel.

Non, mais il n'y en a pas besoin. La connection par bluetooth fonctionne très bien. No, but it is not necessary. The Bluetooth connection works perfectly
