So that also works with the MX Anywhere 2... With the MX Master, the rear button is used for switching - with this and the MX Anywhere 2, the mouse wheel is used (unfortunately, this does not allow the buttons to be placed on the wheel).

The Logitech MX Anywhere (all generations) work well on a glass table. (According to Logitech, it only doesn't work on thin glass.) The Anywhere MX is my standard mouse for customers and everyone is happy with it, especially those with reflective paint on the table or a glass table.
Settings must be made via Logitech Options. Software must be installed. Scroll wheel Interverted or normal. I didn't realise this function existed either. Logitech is really good :)

Here is the answer from our department responsible: Yes, they would be able to connect both devices to the unified receiver that comes with Logitech MX Anywhere 2S. The Unified Receiver is compatible with any device that supports it, and these two products are.
No, the MX Anywhere 2S still comes with a USB-A dongle (Unifying). But the Bluetooth connection is very stable, I wouldn't say 100%, but 98% ;-) . Moreover, you can connect 3 devices with it and switch between them in a flash.

I assume with transmitter is the little thing that plugs into a USB port. This can be dipped without any problems as this mouse supports the Logitech Unifying standard. The mouse just needs to be paired with the new transmitter. This is easy, just start the Logitech Unifying software on your PC and follow the instructions. The software can be downloaded from Logitech if not available.

Yes, for example the Logitech G613. It can be operated via Bluetooth and via dongle. It has a switch to toggle back and forth and works very well. Battery life is also excellent.

The Logitech Unifying Reveivers are not Bluetooth dongles. They emit a 2.4 GHz signal and work only with Logitech Unifying Devices.
Nevertheless you can connect the mouse via Bluetooth if your PC Mainboard has a Bluetooth controller. The mouse has 3 connectable "ports" which you can switch between. Either connecting via bluetooth or a unifying dongle.
No, it's a normal USB plug. But if you have a Bluetooth-capable device (laptop, PC, etc.) with which you want to use this mouse, you don't necessarily need the plug. You can also connect the mouse directly via Bluetooth.
This mouse can be used with or without a donkey. For the Mac, Bluetooth and OSX 10.10 or higher are required.
I would recommend the Logitech MX Anywhere 2S (wireless), because as far as I have seen, this mouse is either equally good or better in all points.
E.g. higher maximum mouse sensitivity and 7x programmable buttons.

The difference is the new "Flow" function. 2S is simply a product name, like Xbox One -> Xbox One X.
