I just stumbled upon my own question and saw it unanswered :-) Meanwhile, my girflfriend and I both are playing with a headset of this model. No interference, even in the same room. So no worries, at least this works ;-)
The 7.1 surround sound feature on this headset is primarily designed for PC use, utilizing DTS Headphone:X 2.0 technology, which requires specific software support available only on Windows. When used with the PS5, the headset will function as a standard stereo headset, as the PS5 does not support the same level of surround sound configuration as a PC with the necessary software. To achieve surround sound on the PS5, you would need to configure the console's audio settings to simulate surround sound, but this would not utilize the headset's full 7.1 capabilities.
Yes, but you have to choose a Dolby sound in the PS4 settings. It happens that this one bugs, but unplugging and replugging the headset is enough to fix this error.
What do you mean by "output"? If you're talking about which microphone input is going to be used to record your voice, you can choose directly in the Windows settings between the headset or the controller.
I can only answer that in part. I currently use the headset on a PS4 and it works without any problems. Since I can't make any settings or load drivers on the PS4, I assume that it also works on a TV.
